Small Claims Court hears all types of civil matters and currently has a monetary jurisdiction of up to $35,000.00.

Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) matters

Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)

The Immigration and Refugee Board is a federal tribunal, in Ontario licenced paralegals are allowed to be heard before the IRB. 

The IRB has four divisions;

Refugee Protection Division - Hears and decides claims for refugee protection
